Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Nairobi National Park is during the dry season:

  • June to September (dry season with best game viewing)
  • January to February (short dry season, also good for game viewing)

During these periods, animals are more likely to gather around water sources, making them easier to spot. The weather is also more pleasant for a safari experience.

The wet seasons (March to May and October to December) bring lush landscapes and migratory birds, though the roads may become muddy and some areas difficult to access.
